Say it ain’t so! After years apart and feuding amongst each other, Lauren Hill, Wyclef Jean, and Pras Michel are putting their troubles aside once again to reunite for their fans. They are set to embark on a 12-city international tour in celebration of the 25th anniversary of their sophomore album, “The Score”.
Released in 1996, “The Score” lauded a handful of hit singles, including “Fugee-La” and “Killing Me Softly”, Hill’s take on the Roberta Flack classic.
fans will remember the group United briefly in 2005, only to break up again soon after. Each member has led their own successful careers outside the group, but fans will agree it’s time to see then bury the hatchet and come together as a unit.
The tour leads off tonight with their first stop in NYC, and will resume November 2 in Chicago. The tour will also make stops in Oakland, Los Angeles, Miami, Atlanta, Newark, Washington D.C., and then head international to Paris. London, Nigeria, and Ghana.
